Create custom themes for the lock screen artwork view.

Default themes include: Vinyl, Ripped, Clean, CD Case, Circle and Blank.

Also includes:
- Option to display artwork as the lockscreen wallpaper.
- Option to disable background blur for the lockscreen media plugin. 
- Option to hide the media controls on the lockscsreen.

Configure options in the settings app.
