LockBuilder has its own section in cydia check it out. Under Sections/LockBuilder.
How to get started. Go to settings, and you will have a LockBuilder Icon. Select this icon and turn gps on. Go to Cydgets and select LockBuilder. On the lockscreen and you will get a popup. Accept this (Make sure you have Location Services on) Thats it.
