BadgeBoss cydia tweak allows you to customize the appearance of those nasty old badges.

Requires iOS 7.X - Compatible with all devices
Tired of looking at those badges all together? Then hide them! Want something cooler than the normal badge number? Then change the badge text! Sick of the badges appearing in the top right corner of the icon? Then place them wherever you want! Tired of the way your badges look? Then change their background color, font, font size, and font color! BadgeBoss does it all! BadgeBoss is also compatible with the “BadgeMasks” WinterBoard theme so you can change the shape of the badges!
