[O] Low Poly 1.0

A theme with a transparent low poly effect.
This is an icon collection with more than 100 icons and more will be added.
Compatible with iOS 6, 7 and 8.
Works on all iPhones, including the iPhone 6 Plus. Requires IconBundles if you have an iPhone 6 Plus.
It should also work with all iPads, non or Retina iPads but again you need to install IconBundles. If it doesn't please email me with your iPad model and iOS version.
I've tested it on my iPad 1 and 2 and it works, but haven't tested it on the iPad Air or any Retina iPad. I've only bundled the icons which should work with the retina iPads.
