In this version:
Added hiding NC widget headers.
Hiding Icon Labels hides only icon labels and not the recent contacts in switcher.
Seconds now update correctly on the status bar. Which fixes all issues with custom time formats not updating correctly.
Added App Icon Hiding
Added option for custom carrier text
