[B] Anchor v1.0.0-BETA-177

Description:
Anchor is a tweak that allows you to place your icons anywhere on your home screen. You no longer need to worry about icons jumping back to the next available spot. Now you can instead place them as you please on your homescreen grid.

A Gridlock alternative for iOS 8.

This is a BETA! And also requires you to always be connected to the internet.

Current issues:
1)Settings panel incomplete.
2)Dragging icons out of a page will result in an empty page until you respring.
3)Deleting or updating apps may cause layouts to change.
4)ADD FEATURE: Some sort of app drawer to easily arrange icons.

If you don't know what BETA means, don't install this.

- Fixed more layout issues. Including some with dragging icons across pages.

- Should fix not being able to place icons in some spots. Also fixed crash when moving icons into the dock.

- Came to realization it is completely unnecessary to be able to edit you page layout in the settings app. Also decided the "app drawer" was not necessary. Fixed issues with the page views not deleting if no icons were on them. I think this is pretty stable right now.

- Fixed a weird issue where (rarely) moving an icon from page to the next would move them slightly.
