This guide will teach you how to jailbreak all iOS 8 devices using Pangu8. As of 22nd October this jailbreak will NOT install Cydia. You will only have root access via SSH. I have personally tested this with my iPhone 5 on 8.1 and haven't run into any problems. Use at your own risk
You'll need:
Windows
Pangu8 (Latest version 1.0.1)
Cydia. Need to install manually http://apt.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1...honeos-arm.deb
Step 1:
Disable Find My iPhone. Settings - iCloud - Find My iPhone - OFF
Disable Passcode. Settings - Passcode - OFF
Step 2:
Connect your device to your computer if you haven't already, and open Pangu8. It will look similar to this

Step 3:
Leave this box ticked if you want 25pp installed on your device. Untick if you don't.

Step 4:
Press the blue button to jailbreak. Pangu will download a few packages and reboot your device a couple times so don't be alarmed.

Step 5:
Once the blue progress bar has reached the end and your phone has finished rebooting you'll find these two applications on your homescreen. Or one application depending on whether you installed 25pp or not.

Step 6:
Open the Pangu app and install OpenSSH. An updated Cydia will be avaliable to download in that app once it's been updated by Saurik

Step 7:
Install Cydia deb and respring.
