[O] TouchBar 1.0

Toggle system settings in the Status Bar

TouchBar comes with two main features :
- You can disable/enable corresponding functions when touching the Status Bar icons
- You can define an Activator gesture that will show a bar with toggles anywhere you want

Of course, TouchBar has a preference bundle, so you can configure it.
