Show you the name + icon of the application you enter.
You can show it with:
Banner
Dismiss Alert
HUD Window

You can enable/disable from the settings page of Launcher.
You can choose a different options to the SpringBoard and a different option to the MultiTasking Applications launching!...

There also option to read aloud the app name.
More options will come soon...

You asking why to buy this Tweak?
1- Because it's giving you a beautiful launching any time you enter an App.
2- I'm a starter developer , and I really need ( and want) money for continuing developing...

Please don't crack my first paid tweak... I'll very appreciate that.
