At it's core, the iPhone, is a phone. Why should you have to locate your phone application, and then open the dialer panel to call someone? With this new tweak, you can select from settings, to launch a dialer from your SpringBoard in many different ways. You can launch a dialer in place of SpotLight, in place of Siri, in place of the switcher, or even all three! This tweak is bringing the simplicity of a \"phone:, back to your iPhone.
