If you want to add a touch of color to your bland, white iOS 7 user interface, then check out a new jailbreak tweak called Tinct by iOS developer Charlie Hewitt from Cydia's ModMyi repository.
Tinct will add a preferences pane to your Settings application where you can start enabling and disabling features, choosing colors, excluding certain applications, and much more.
From the mail preferences pane, you can:
Enable or disable the tweak on demand
Enable color blending mode
Choose a specific background color
Choose a specific tint color
Choose a specific title color
Choose a Notification Center color
Choose a Control Center color
Choose a HUD color
Choose a Keyboard color
Configure presets
Configure advanced options
Exclude Tinct from working in specific applications
and more
