Follow this Steps

using iFile goto the iCleaner app directory.
rename iCleaner to iCleaner1
rename file iOS6_iCleaner to iCleaner
open cracktool, apply patch.
DO NOT respring.
go back to app directory and rename iCleaner back to iOS6_iCleaner and iCleaner1 to iCleaner
respring your iDevice.
