TouchPal Brings Free Swype-Like Keyboard To iPhone
For iOS 5.x/6.0/6.1 (iPhone 4/4S/5, iPod Touch 4/5)

Hopefully someone will translate the program itself soon.
TouchPal appears in the Keyboard section of the Settings app (General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard) like any other stock keyboard, and needs to be enabled from there after installation. From then on, you can use TouchPal’s Swype-entry anywhere on iOS
Slide left or right to switch between keyboards after selecting Touchpal.
Play around in there. there is a lot of options.
Swipe up or down on a letter to set a number or punctuation.
The little A next to the space bar turns swipes on and off on the fly.
Lock specific keyboards for first option. The list goes on.
Ton of extra characters slide up or down on the left to select.
That should get you started.
You can also use the standard tap based text entry with TouchPal, and the jailbreak tweak even gives you an option to disable Swype entry altogether by tapping the “A” key right next to the Space Bar. The tweak also has a handy prediction bar that pops up words that you’re likely to type, saving you further keystrokes.

The program itself on the springboard is not. UPDATE
Turn off handwriting filter (Not needed because you're not writing in Chinese).
Turn ON the advanced prediction bar!! This makes the bar stick to your keyboard
No more iswipe. This is the new breed.
Not compatible with swipeselection
Is compatible with SwipeShiftCaret and CusorAndSelection-Colors
Pretty Sweet, also plays well with Keylord tweak and the 3 plugins.
Tested on iPhone 4s 6.1.2 by Nokto
